Step-By-Step to Delivery Success
XDP deliver large freight to your customers, efficiently and hassle-free, but what can you expect from an XDP delivery?
Prepare Your Freight – collection of freight will take place and all items will be scanned and sorted at the local depot. From here all items are sent to the XDP central hub.
Manual Sortation – All freight is manually sorted by region and trunked to the delivery depot. Upon arrival, freight is scanned and loaded to the relevant route.
Final Mile Delivery – Once routed for delivery, customers will receive regular communications such as a two-hour delivery window and a ‘You Are Next’ notification. Customers also have in-flight options via the XDP mobile app.
Delivered- All customers will receive a delivery confirmation including signature, photo proof of delivery and ring-fenced geo-location.
