Delivery Visibility
Customers can track their delivery throughout the parcel journey using the XDP tracking portal and delivery app. This provides regular scans from manifestation through to delivery, alongside in-flight app support and customer communications.
Final Mile Technology
On the day of delivery, your customer will receive a 2-hour delivery window, including the ability to view the driver drop status and full journey tracking. They will also receive a notification when the driver is the next stop, allowing them to prepare for the delivery.
Post Delivery Aftercare
Once delivery has taken place, customers can view photo proof of the delivery via the XDP app. Our portal also displays a ring-fenced geo-location, ensuring accurate delivery.
