1. What is my ETA for today?
Please refer to our online tracking for this information, please note this
is an all-day service and times are only estimated and subject to change.
(Expected delivery times 8am - 8pm)
2. Can I change my address for delivery or collection?
We can advise to deliver to a neighbour but we are not authorised to change
the delivery address without the senders permission, we therefore ask you
contact the sender for all address changes.
3. Can I change the time of my delivery or specify a time for another
Unfortunately we are not able to change the ETA (estimated time for
delivery) for delivery or specify a time for future dates.
This is an all-day service and times are only estimated and can change if
the driver is delayed for any reason or is required to change route/area
delivery order. (Expected delivery times 8am - 7pm)
4. I have no collection labels, can you resend them to me?
If you have not received any labels for your return the driver or depot will
attached them once collected.
