XDP was formed in 1995 and has since grown to be the largest privately owned parcel carrier in the UK, and has built a reputation for reliability and quality of service. If you have forgotten your password to login, please use the 'Forgot Password?' option and follow the instructions email.

To cancel an order, you head to your manifest screen, choose the consignment you wish to cancel, then scroll to the bottom of the page and choose 'DELETE'.

If you would like to track your order you can do this on this website, or by using our app. Simply navigate to the top of any page on and enter your consignment reference and postcode to see details. We also offer an app that makes it even easier to track, reschedule and leave details for your XDP delivery. Simply search XDP on Google Play or the App Store to download the new app. You’ll have the ability to see the driver en-route and find proof of delivery images. All you need is your consignment number and a postcode.

At XDP we work directly with the senders of the goods and deal directly with them for the quickest possible resolutions with the benefit of full tracking of any issues for all parties. Our advice for any delivery issue is to first track and trace the item(s) using our app or web tracking. Our app will allow you to reschedule, leave notes for the driver and track the deliveries progress. For any further information, issues or complaints, we would advise reaching the sender of the goods, providing your unique consignment reference and details of the issue. The sender has access to our dedicated account management representatives and together, we can work towards a quick resolution.
