Collection Process Update

XDP are delighted to let you know we have received your order from your chosen supplier, and we are in the process of distributing it to your local depot for delivery.

For the Health & Safety of our Customers and Delivery Partners, XDP are currently limiting all direct contact and providing a contactless service.

This enables drivers to sign the proof of delivery on behalf of the customer whilst attending the delivery address. Upon delivery our driver will take a photo of property front door as proof of attendance and will sign the documentation in your presence whilst ensuring Social Distancing requirements are achieved.

To enable deliveries to be completed on 1st attempt, should you know that you will not be available or choose not to take delivery from the driver directly under the current circumstances, you can advise of a “Safe Place” for the item to be left, this can be recorded via our “i” icon Special Instructions area within our website or App facility.

In addition, you do have the added ability to alter the date of delivery by selecting your preferred date from the available dates shown, you can do this by taping on the “Calendar” icon to select your date.

Please Note - should you experience restrictions within the App or Website not allowing for this functionality to be used – please refer to your supplier of the goods as they may require prior approval for any item to be “Left Safe” without consignee signature being obtained.

To see the latest estimated delivery date and time, as well as undertake the ability to reschedule or leave notes for the attending driver you can use our tracking facility through our App or on line at

Once downloaded, enter your delivery postcode and your consignment number to Track & Trace.

We will be in touch once again when it is due for delivery.
